I met Tori through a recommendation of a Reverse Mortgage Broker who was helping me to navigate a decision of a reverse mortgage vs selling the primary residence of my Parent’s in order to afford care for them both. Tori established a relationship with me and checked in with me periodically to see if I needed any resources or help while I was taking care of my parents at home. We developed a great email relationship over an 18-month period (over which I lost my dad, then my mom). It was a natural choice to have her help me sell my Parent’s home. Tori put together a great market analysis for the house, walked me through any potential buyer concerns or issues with selling, gave great advice on price point and came up with a timeline to get the house ready to go on the market. She and her team staged the house beautifully - putting in signage throughout to ensure buyers could see the best features of the house. The house listed on a Tuesday evening and by Thursday morning – we had 13 offers at or well above asking price! Throughout the entire process Tori was extremely professional, always available for all my questions and concerns and motivated to ensure I got the best price for the house. There are not enough great things I can say about Tori. My husband and I must have been one of/if not her longest clients.
